About me

My marketing journey.

I was one of those people who stumbled into marketing. When I first started in the industry, I had no experience with advertising, had never seen a marketing strategy, and barely even knew what branding meant. But quickly, I grew to love it, realising that marketing’s requirement to discover and connect with people’s needs, wants, and challenges came very naturally to me. I’m passionate about taking what can seem like complex marketing principles and simplifying these into something that seems common sense to help business owners and small teams thrive.

Experience & Qualifications.

With 10 years of marketing experience at a fantastic tech business, I’ve grown from being the sole marketer to managing an internal team and various creative and technical agencies. Seeing the company through from its early startup days to becoming a multimillion pound business, I’ve gained invaluable experience in many areas of marketing.

Between 2017-2018 I studied with Oxford College of Marketing to gain the Level 6 Diploma in Professional Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM). More recently, I completed MBA level courses in Marketing and Brand Management with MiniMBA.

Aside from work…

I live with my husband and 2 gorgeous little boys in a leafy village in Hampshire. When I’m not singing nursery rhymes and playing superheroes, I enjoy sitting still and drinking coffee whilst listening to soul music or an audiobook. If I can make the time, yoga, baking and ogling interior design pages while I ponder my next project are my favourite things to do.
