Following our strategy day, I distilled our work (along with further recommendations) into an actionable 12-month marketing strategy. Far from a 50-page document with meaningless fluff (far too often seen in marketing!) this 10-page guide is clear, straightforward and useful; a reference point for the team to go back to any time they need.
